Welcome to Glydians. We know you want your gear to arrive on time and in good shape. This policy walks you through everything from processing to delivery.
1. Shipping Costs
Spend $60 or more and your shipping is on us.
For orders under $60, pick the speed that works for you:

All prices in USD. These rates cover the 48 contiguous states. If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, or a US territory, any extra charge will show up before you finish checking out.
2. How We Process Your Order
Once we get your order and your payment clears, our team gets to work.
- Normal processing takes 1 to 2 business days
- When things get crazy (holidays, big drops, major sales), it might take up to 3 business days
- Order after 2 PM Eastern Time? We start on it the next business day
- Weekend or holiday order? We start on it the next business day too
We will email you the second your package leaves our building.
3. Delivery Times
The clock starts ticking once your order is in the carrier’s hands.

These are estimates, not promises. Bad weather, carrier backups, and other things we cannot control can add extra days.
4. Tracking Your Package
We do not leave you in the dark. Within 24 hours of your order shipping, we send a tracking number straight to your inbox.

You can also log into your account on our website and check your order status anytime.
5. Double Check Your Shipping Address
Before you hit that final button, look over your address one more time.
Once we confirm your order, we cannot change where it goes. A wrong or incomplete address can cause:
- Major delivery delays
- Your package getting sent back to us
If your package bounces back because you gave us a bad address, you will have to pay again to have it resent.
Make sure we have: your full name, street address (apartment or unit number too), city, state, ZIP code, and a working phone number in case the carrier needs to reach you.
6. Lost Packages
If the carrier loses your package somewhere between us and you, here is what to do:
- Check the tracking link yourself — sometimes it is just stuck
- Call the carrier directly using your tracking number
- Email [email protected] with your order number and tracking details
We will start a missing package investigation for you.
- You have to tell us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date
- We can only refund or replace after the carrier says it is truly gone
- If the carrier marks it as “Delivered” but you did not get it, we cannot help — that is between you and the carrier
7. Late Packages
Your package is running late. Now what?
- Wait an extra 5 business days past the estimate — sometimes things just move slow

- We will reach out to the carrier and try to find out what happened
We do not refund orders just because they are late. If more than 20 business days pass since your order shipped, then we will talk.
8. Damaged Items
We inspect every item before it goes out the door. But accidents happen during shipping.
If something shows up damaged:
- Take clear, well-lit photos of the damaged item AND the box within 48 hours of delivery
- Email those photos plus your order number to [email protected]
- Keep the original box and packing material until we tell you what to do next
We will send you a replacement at no cost or give you a full refund — including whatever you paid for shipping.
9. Refunds on Shipping Fees
You will not get your original shipping fee back unless:
- We sent you the wrong item or wrong size
- Your item arrived damaged
- The carrier confirms your package is lost forever
For everything else, the shipping fee stays with us.
