1. Order Eligibility & Shipping Fees
- Orders totaling $70 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States.
- Orders under $70 will be charged a flat rate of $5.99 for shipping and $11.98 for express shipping.
2. Delivery Timeline
- Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5–7 business days after order processing.
- Express Shipping: Generally delivered within 2–3 business days after order processing.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays, or holidays). We process orders Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays.
3. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship only within the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international destinations are not eligible for delivery at this time.
- All orders require a valid physical address (PO boxes are not accepted).
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. You can track your package using this number on our website or the carrier’s platform.
5. Undelivered Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of the delivery date. We will assist in investigating the issue with the carrier. Glydians is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
6. Returns & Shipping
