Returns

We want you to be happy with everything you buy from Glydians. If something is not right, we have made the return process simple.

1. How Long You Have

You have 14 calendar days from the day your order arrives to request a return. After 14 days, we cannot take it back unless the item has a manufacturing defect.

2. What Can Be Returned

To send something back, it must be in perfect condition:

  • Never worn outside your home
  • Not washed or dry cleaned
  • No stains, smells, or marks
  • All original tags still attached
  • In the original packaging

3. What Cannot Be Returned

These items cannot be returned for any reason:

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
  • Products missing their original tags
  • Items that have been altered or tailored

If you are not sure whether something qualifies, email [email protected] before you place your order.

4. Change of Mind Returns

Ordered the wrong size? Changed your mind? No problem.

  • You pay for return shipping
  • Your original shipping fee will not be refunded
  • The item must meet all the condition rules above

Send it back with a tracking number. Glydians is not responsible if your return gets lost on the way to us.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item has a real problem — broken zipper, wrong item sent, hole in the fabric — we will take care of you.

  • You must notify us within 30 days of delivery
  • We will give you a full refund or send a replacement (you choose)
  • We will provide a free return label

What we cover:

  • Broken zippers, buttons, or clasps
  • Holes, tears, or loose seams
  • Wrong size, wrong color, or wrong item
  • Printing or dye mistakes

What we do not cover:

  • A few loose threads (normal for any garment)
  • Color looking different on your screen
  • Fit not matching your expectation
  • Fabric feeling different than you imagined

6. How to Start a Return

Follow these three steps:

Step 1: Email [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos (if something is wrong with the item)
  • A short reason for the return

Step 2: We will reply within 2 business days with:

  • A Return Authorization (RA) number
  • Where to send your package
  • A free return label (only for defective or incorrect items)

Step 3: Pack the item safely, write the RA number on the outside, and ship it back.

Returns without an RA number will be delayed or refused.

7. Refund Timing

Once we receive your return:

Money appears in your accountDepends on your bank (usually 3 to 7 business days)

What you get back:

  • Change of mind: product price only (original shipping fee stays with us)
  • Defective or incorrect item: full refund including shipping

Refunds always go back to the same card or account you used to pay.

8. Where Is My Refund

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund:

  1. Check your bank statement again — sometimes it takes extra time
  2. Call your bank or card company — they may be holding the money
  3. Still nothing? Email [email protected] with your order number and RA number

We will figure it out for you.

9. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you need a different size or color:

  • Return the original item for a refund
  • Place a new order for the one you want

This is actually faster. New orders ship right away. Returns take time to process.

10. Items Returned in Bad Condition

If we open your return and find it has been worn, washed, stained, or is missing tags:

  • We will email you within 5 business days
  • You can ask us to send it back to you (you pay shipping)
  • If we do not hear from you within 30 days, we will discard it and no refund will be given
