We try to get everything right — photos, descriptions, sizes, prices. But mistakes happen.

  • Stop selling a product whenever we want
  • Fix errors even after you order

If we list a price wrong by accident, we can cancel your order — even if you already got a confirmation email. You will get a full refund.

4. Placing an Order

When you click “buy,” you will get an email saying we received your order. That email is not acceptance — it is just a receipt.

We can say no to any order for any reason. Reasons include:

The most money you can ever get from us is the amount you paid for your order. Not more. Not even close.

We give you nothing in writing except what is in these terms. No promises that everything will work perfectly. No promises that our site will never go down. No promises that you will love how something fits.

We provide our site and products “as is” and “as available.” That is a legal term that means what it says.

14. You Protect Us

If someone sues us because of something you did — like breaking these rules or stealing our content — you agree to pay for our lawyers and anything a judge says we owe.

15. Which Laws Apply

United States law governs these terms. If we end up in court, it happens in a court located inside the United States.

16. If a Court Throws Out One Part

If a judge says one part of these terms is invalid, the rest of the terms stay in full force. We cut out the bad part and keep everything else.

17. We Can Ignore a Rule Without Losing It

If we do not punish you for breaking a rule, that does not mean we gave up our right to punish you later.

18. The Full Agreement

These terms, plus our Shipping Policy, Returns Policy, and Privacy Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and Glydians. Nothing else counts.
